Primary Activities
A Legal Assistant in the Legal function is typically expected to perform the following activities as a part of their job. - Assisting In Trial Preparation: Supporting attorneys in preparing trial strategies, witness interviews, and trial binders, as well as attending trials to provide administrative support
- Coordinating With External Parties: Collaborating with external parties such as opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses to facilitate case-related communications and logistics
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive legal information and documents in compliance with ethical and legal standards
