  About Judicial Clerk:  Assists judges by conducting legal research, drafting opinions, and managing court documents.  Primary Activities 


  A Judicial Clerk in the Legal function is typically expected to perform the following activities as a part of their job.   •  Assisting With Legal Writing: Proofreading, editing, and formatting legal documents to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to legal standards and court rules
  •  Maintaining Case Management Systems: Updating and managing electronic or physical case management systems to track case progress, deadlines, and document filings
  •  Communicating With Attorneys & Parties: Interacting with attorneys, litigants, and other parties to address procedural matters, provide case updates, and facilitate communication with the judge
  •  Conducting Legal Analysis: Analyzing complex legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law to assist the judge in formulating legal opinions and decisions
  •  Performing Administrative Tasks: Completing administrative duties such as scheduling hearings, managing calendars, and organizing court documents and records
