 Primary Activities 


  A Product Manager in the Technology function is typically expected to perform the following activities as a part of their job.   •  Product Launch Planning: Developing and executing a comprehensive plan for product launches, including marketing strategies, sales enablement, and customer support, to ensure successful product introduction and adoption
  •  Product Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key product metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and usage data, to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
  •  Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitoring and analyzing competitor products and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and using this information to refine the product strategy and stay ahead in the market
  •  Customer Feedback Management: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback through various channels, such as surveys, user testing, and support interactions, to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and drive product improvements
  •  Product Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to retirement, including planning for product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life strategies, to ensure the product remains competitive and meets customer needs

  •  Feature Adoption Rate: Percentage of users or customers who have adopted specific product features
  •  Product Roadmap Execution: Measurement of how well the product roadmap is executed and milestones are achieved
  •  Competitor Analysis: Evaluation of the product's performance compared to competitors in the market
  •  Product Market Fit: Measurement of how well the product meets the needs and demands of the target market
