 Primary Activities 


  A Marketing Analyst in the Marketing function is typically expected to perform the following activities as a part of their job.   Marketing Analysts in the Marketing function are often evaluated using the following KPI metrics.   •  Net Promoter Score (NPS): A measure of customer loyalty and satisfaction based on the likelihood of recommending a product or service
  •  Email Open Rate: The percentage of recipients who open an email
  •  Website Traffic: The number of visitors to a website within a specific time period
  •  Organic Search Traffic: The number of visitors who find a website through organic search engine results
  •  Bounce Rate: The percentage of visitors who leave a website after viewing only one page
  •  Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL): Leads that have been determined to be more likely to become customers compared to other leads
  •  Sales Qualified Leads (SQL): Leads that have been determined to be ready for direct sales contact
  •  Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): A measure of customer satisfaction based on a survey or feedback
  •  Cost per Acquisition (CPA): The cost incurred to acquire a new customer or lead
  •  Marketing Return on Investment (MROI): The measure of the return on investment specifically for marketing activities
