Primary Activities

A Business Analyst in the Technology function is typically expected to perform the following activities as a part of their job. Change Management: Assist in managing the organizational change associated with implementing new systems or processes

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation such as requirements specifications, process flows, and user manuals
Training: Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on new systems or processes

Key Performance Indicators

System Scalability: Ability of the system to handle increasing workload or user demand without performance degradation
System Security: Measure of the system's security controls and protection against unauthorized access or data breaches
System Availability: Percentage of time that the system is accessible and usable by authorized users
