  •  Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work culture, organize employee engagement activities, and foster a sense of belonging and satisfaction among employees
  •  Hr Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, generate HR reports, and utilize HR information systems for data analysis and decision-making
  •  Legal Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensure HR practices align with legal requirements, and handle legal matters related to HR
